Open your form in the app, tap Publish, then share its link or QR code. Anyone who receives it can respond, from an iPhone, an Android phone, or a computer.

Open your form in the app. You’ll find a summary in charts, the list of responses, and a table, along with CSV and Excel export.

On the Account screen, tap Continue with Apple. On your new iPhone, sign in the same way to get your forms back. Without this sign-in, your account stays tied to the iPhone where it was created.

Everything happens on the Account screen. To change plans, tap View plans. After a reinstall, tap Restore purchases to get your subscription back.

To cancel, tap Manage my subscription, or open Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and your forms are kept.

Your forms stop accepting new responses until the first day of the next month, or until you change plans. Responses you’ve already received are kept.

On the Account screen, tap Delete my account. Your forms, responses, and images are then permanently erased. If your account is linked to Apple, you’ll be asked to confirm.

Keep in mind that deleting your account doesn’t cancel your subscription. You need to cancel it in your App Store settings.

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your response goes to the person who created the form. Only they can delete it, from their Kivoform app. Contact them and ask them to erase your response.
